HOW IT WORKS
Individual Property Owners
Please select a Level or service from the Services
Page. You can either utilize the Pay Pal button to
send payment on-line or call the office to process a
credit card over the phone. You will need to fax or
e-mail us the tenants application so we have their
signature allowing us to run your requested reports.
PLEASE NOTE: For credit reports, the application
needs to say credit within the legal wordage for us to
proceed. Please call us if you are unsure about the
application you are using. We can e-mail you an
application if you need one.
MULTI-UNIT PROPERTY MANAGERS
Please contact us for an account where billing is done
monthly.
If you wish to pay as you go for whatever reason,
please follow the directions for individual property
owners.
TURN-AROUND TIME
Most reports can be completed within 1-2 hours,
pending if any follow-up is required on the results.
Credit Reports: normal turn-around time is "Next
Day" by 12:00 pm (EST). We offer a "RUSH" option
which is available for $5.00 per credit report and is
ready "Same Day". We can provide a credit report
card which is a great option for someone who does not
read credit reports on a regular basis. Please call for
this option.
HOW YOU RECEIVE THE REPORTS
We e-mail all reports in a PDF file. We do not fax the
reports due to the sensitive nature of the information
contained. Please make sure we have the best e-mail
address for you on file for your reports.
