Know your Tenant....
Before you rent it...

Level 1 is a good starting point for tenant
screening. Most property managers want to screen
their tenants, however, do not know where to start.
With a Credit report and Eviction report you can
have a good look at your potential tenant. These
are the 2 most important reports. This level will run
the Eviction report for 1 state. If you need more
states we can add them for $2.00 each. Be sure you
find out which state(s) the applicant as lived in
over the past 7 years. Below are the "Buy Now"
options for 1 state. If you need to run more than
one state, please call the office for processing.

"RUSH" is $5.00 extra per-person and ready Same
Day usually within a few hours.

"Next Day" is the normal turn around time and
usually ready by 12:00 noon EST.

Instant previous address

Next Day RUSH (Same Day)

potential tenants application to our office for
processing. Please be sure the Full Name, SS#, and
Current Address is filled out on the application and
clear to read.
