Before you rent it...

Level 2 is a great tenant screening service that
we offer to property managers. You will receive
the Credit report, Eviction report and the
Criminal Background Check. Tenant screening
with these 3 reports will put you at the top of the
mountain in the world of property management.
Level 2 will obtain any and all information that
you need to be able to make a quick decision as to
how qualified the potential applicant is.

This will be ran for 1 state per-person at $29.95
each. If you need more than one state to be ran,
please contact our office for details and billing.
Please note: if you need a criminal report from
either MA or CO you need to contact our office as
well. With the criminal report your applicant is
also ran through the National Sexual Predator
data base. This is worth it's weight alone. This is
the recommended level for screening. With these
3 reports you will know if your applicant is
worthy to rent your property. You will see by the
credit report their ability to pay the rent. The
eviction report will show if they had problems
paying rent in the past. And the criminal report
shows any legal trouble they were associated
with. You can see why this is the recommended
Level we offer.

"RUSH" is $5.00 extra per-person and ready
Same Day usually within a few hours.

"Next Day" is the normal turn around time and
usually ready by 12:00 noon EST.

potential tenants application to our office for
processing. Please be sure the Full Name, SS#,
Date of Birth and Current Address is filled out on
the application and clear to read.
