Level 3 tenant screening is the most detailed form
of screening that we offer. You get a Credit report,
Eviction report, Criminal Background Check and
we will contact the applicants current landlord.
This added report will help know how well he/she is
as a tenant. We will submit a request to the
current landlord to get answers to several factors
in determining how qualified an applicant is.

have policies that limit or even do not allow them
to give any information. We will try at least 3 times
to contact the current landlord for this report.
"RUSH" is $5.00 extra per-person and ready Same
Day usually within a few hours.
"Next Day" is the normal turn around time and
usually ready by 12:00 noon EST.
